Outernational Connections

Animist Records presents their own radioshow called 'Outernational Connections'. The show ran for three years on Amsterdam-based online station Echobox Radio, but we are currently having a break from making radio to focus on other projects. All shows have been recorded and archived, and can be listened to below.

With a different theme every episode, the music in the shows is a mix of old and new sounds with roots in animistic cultures, and a strong focus on Southeast Asia & its diaspora, fieldrecordings, label releases and related artists.
