Golden era hiphop classic from NYC's Brand Nubian, taken from their album Everything Is Everything. This 12" contains an extra remix + instrumentals for both tracks.
Originally from New Rochelle, New York, Brand Nubian is Grand Puba, Sadat X, Lord Jamar and Alamo. They formed Brand Nubian in 1989, after Puba stepped away from his former group, Masters Of Ceremony. They signed to Elektra and released the breakthrough album "One for All" in 1990.
This was followed by their highly succesful second album "in God We Trust" in 1992.
This original US pressing from 1994 is in excellent condition.
