Beautiful designed LP package with very well recorded traditional Khmer music from Cambodia during the beginning of the 70's, just before Pol Pot destroyed everything that even remotely had to do with culture and knowledge. Especially unique is a solo recording of the Khmer instrument chapey, which is mainly used in improvisational folkmusic to accompany sung stories. The other solo instruments are also rare to find on vinyl.

Booklet contains many beautiful photos of the musicians and Angkor Wat.
